In the quiet reverence of Chiesa Cristiana Protestante, Edelgrund unveiled a carpet that resonated beyond its design. The interplay of black, white, and subtle colors captured the light, reflecting the essence of the church’s stained glass. This creation wasn’t just about aesthetics—it embodied a blend of tradition and innovation. Walnut shells, integral to our dyeing process, were later returned to the earth in the church’s garden. Curated by Bodo Sperlein, “Illuminata” transformed the historic church into a space where art and craftsmanship met, celebrating beauty in its purest form.
